Not sure if you experienced this or not. (I’m sure you have) After almost 15 yrs. of residing in Tobyhanna, I can surely say without hesitation that finding a person/contractor/whom ever is extremely CHALENGING. You call 25 contractors, ¾ don’t return your call. The ones that do don’t show or even follow up. The remainder, are either not licensed/insured, are fly by night. or quote you an outrages amount.
